
Training is available for 8’s and upwards during our Little Athletics season – times will be promoted once the season is underway.
Training is NOT compulsory and you should only attend if you are wanting to improve your style and gain knowledge to improve your technique. We hope the athletes enjoy the benefit of group training.
**Parents are required to stay during the training session**
Our Coaches
Sprints and Middle Distance
Craig, is accredited by Athletics Australia and conducts midweek training sessions specialising in Sprints and Middle Distance. He conducts these training sessions split into age groups to ensure the athletes gain the most out of the training based on their age, skills and ability.
Race Walks
Jacinta is accredited by “Australian Athletics Officials at Level 1 Officiating – Race Walking” and has completed Athletics Australia Level 1 Coaching. Jacinta is able to conduct midweek training sessions specialising in Race Walks. As she is mentored by Craig as our Senior Coach their sessions usually align together for times and days.

- 8’s – 11’s @5.30pm-6.15pm
- 12’s – U20’s @6.15pm-7.30pm
Race Walks @ Ash Road Sporting Complex, Prestons
- 9’s – U17’s @TBC after HSC has completed
